Working with limited English proficient students can be one of the most rewarding teaching experiences; it can also be one of the most challenging. This workshop will look at some practical aspects of teaching these learners and address the following questions:
Who are our LEP students?
- How do I determine my students’ levels?
 - What topics should I cover?
 - What approaches and techniques should I use?
 - How do I design an effective lesson?
 - How do I assess progress?

Join Elise Couper as we investigate the answers to these questions and have some hands-on practice putting together materials you can use in your own class.
