There has been a lot of discussion about contextualizing adult ESL courses around workplace skills over the years, but how do you actually do that? Attend this two-hour presentation on the nuts and bolts on workplace contextualization and come away with ideas and strategies on this topic. We will explore such concepts as career readiness, exploring career pathways, soft skills, and transferable skills. All of these are themes which can readily be incorporated into Contextualized ESL classes. Come, learn, and share with MCAEL on September 27 at 1:00 p.m.!
