In this hands-on workshop, you'll explore AI tools like ChatGPT that can help you spend less time on lesson planning and more time on learner engagement. Whether you need to write lessons from scratch or adapt textbook activities, we'll have fun trying out strategies for giving prompts to an AI tool and refining what it creates. Bring your own device and come ready to learn together.
Meet Your Presenter:
Xavier Muñoz (he/him) has more than 10 years of adult ESOL experience and, as Director of Academic Programs and Student Services at the English Empowerment Center, has a passion for using technology to enhance quality and learner-centered engagement. He has completed the EdTech Center at World Education's Foundations in AI for Adult Ed and enjoys exploring how AI tools can help teachers and program administrators.
