This meeting is for Program Administrators (coordinators, managers, specialists, directors, etc.).
Diversifying class offerings can help reduce barriers and better meet the varied needs of adult ESOL learners. During this TPA meeting, colleagues from across the coalition will share their experiences integrating hybrid classes into their programs. Together, we’ll take a closer look at hybrid learning by discussing what’s worked, what hasn’t, and the lessons learned along the way. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and explore considerations for launching or strengthening hybrid options in their own programs.
By the end of the meeting, participants will have:
- Identified different approaches to structuring hybrid classes
- Discussed key program considerations when implementing or running hybrid classes
