Adults like to play, too! Games are not only a way to add fun and excitement to the classroom environment, games are increasingly being proven as effective ways to support learning. Games have been shown to help learners retain information, build relationships with their classmates, receive direct feedback on skills, and stay engaged among many other benefits. You may know classroom classics like Kahoot! but there are many more online games to discover. Please come prepared to share some of your favorite online games for the adult ESOL classroom. You’ll also learn some new games to introduce to your adult ESOL learners.
