Why do learners leave and how can we encourage them to stay engaged in our programs? This Program Administrators meeting is dedicated to learner retention and persistence in both managed enrollment and drop-in programs. Through group discussion and reflective activities, we’ll explore the factors that contribute to greater student retention. We’ll discuss how our programs are addressing learner retention and persistence on various levels including: attendance policies , learner attendance recognition, communications and supports for instructors, and more.
