Does your adult ESOL program have the qualified instructors and staff needed to meet your objectives, and the appropriate related policies and processes in place? Please join us for a discussion that will touch upon recruitment, engagement, and evaluation of instructors and administrative staff. Participants will assess their own programs related to select TESOL standards on staffing and staff evaluation. The last half hour will be devoted to a discussion on the utilization, recruitment and retention of volunteers, including those involved in online instruction.
