MCAEL regularly collects data on adult English learners and ESOL classes and analyzes it to get an overall picture of adult ESOL services in the county.  We are excited to share our most recent findings with you, based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau and from the coalition, including from MCAEL grant reports and surveys.  We will share:
 

• Who in the county has accessed/ has access to ESOL classes and who has/does not
• How many and what types of classes have been offered
• Where ESOL services are being offered in the county
• What year-over-year comparisons reveal about key trends in our adult ESOL community
• What our data shows about the effects of the pandemic on adult ESOL programs

Come get a deeper understanding of what’s happening in adult ESOL in our county so you too can use this knowledge to inform your classrooms, programs and advocacy for adult ESOL learners in Montgomery County.
