Outreach, Recruitment, Retention, and where we go from here?

Program administrators are invited to join us on November 12 at 1:00pm to share your thoughts and experiences related to outreach/new learner recruitment, learner retention and other issues you are currently encountering managing online ESOL classes. We will also discuss how the forced move to online instruction may influence adult ESOL programs in the future – do you think your program will continue to offer online and/or hybrid classes in addition to in-person classes? Why/why not? Has online instruction made your programs more learner-centered, as suggested in Jen Vanek’s blog post “New ways of serving adult ESOL learners: Innovation stems from disruption."
