Identifying appropriate and measurable learner outcomes and tracking progress toward these outcomes is important for illustrating the success of your adult ESOL classes, no matter the size of your program. Please join MCAEL for a discussion about best practices related to outcomes identification and assessment (both teacher-led and self-assessment), learner goals, and indicators that can be used to measure progress. Participants will have the opportunity to assess their own classes/programs using select TESOL Standards.
