Adult ESOL instructors, how can we improve learner attendance in our classrooms? It’s no secret that learner retention can be a challenging part of the role. Learner attendance can affect classroom community, lesson planning, learner outcomes, and the list goes on. So, how do we keep our learners coming back to class?! This workshop is an opportunity to lean on the best resource we have for answering that question – fellow instructors.
